We are dedicated to raising the next generation of men and women of God, alongside community leaders, through comprehensive pastoral and leadership training. We hold an annual summer retreat, along with ongoing virtual sessions, designed to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and spiritual guidance necessary to shepherd communities and lead with integrity.

How You Can Be Part of the Next Retreat

FREM’s leadership retreat offers multiple ways to get involved. Each opportunity allows you to contribute to the development of yourself and capable leaders who will serve communities in Cameroon and beyond.

  • Join us as a Scholar
    Grow in faith through biblical training and thought-provoking discussions that emphasize evangelism, salvation, discipleship, and the fruits of the Spirit. Be equipped to share the Gospel, guide others in their walk with Christ, and serve faithfully in ministry. (2 Timothy 2:15)

  • Serve as a Trainer, Speaker, or Course Designer
    Guide emerging leaders by sharing your expertise, providing mentorship, and helping shape the next generation of pastors.

  • Collaborate with Our Team
    Partner with FREM to help plan and execute the retreat, contributing ideas, support, or professional skills to strengthen the program.

  • Sponsor a Participant or Training Trip
    Provide financial support to enable participants to attend the retreat or travel to Cameroon.

  • Provide Equipment or Resources
    Donate materials, teaching tools, or other resources needed to ensure the retreat and ongoing ministry programs are fully equipped.

  • Assist with Program Logistics
    Help manage retreat operations, including scheduling, transportation, or administrative support, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
